How fast is delivery?

How do I track my order?
Go to the Track page and enter your order ID (format ORD-XXXXXXXX). You will see the status steps: Created, Pending, Paid, and Delivered.
Where can I find my order ID?
Your order ID appears on the checkout page after you start an order and in your confirmation details. Save it so you can track progress later.
What does "Pending" mean on my order?
Pending means your order is waiting on payment or your voucher code is under review. If you already submitted a code, it should be processed within a couple of hours. If the code was invalid, return to checkout and submit a valid one.
What does "Paid" mean on my order?
Payment is confirmed and we are fulfilling the order. Delivery is typically within a day at the email you provided at checkout.
I have not received my delivery email - what should I do?
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it has been more than a day, contact us through Reach Us with your order ID and we will help right away.
Can I use a different email than my game account email?
Yes. The delivery email is only where we send your order - it does not need to match your Epic, Roblox, or Riot account email.
Are orders delivered on weekends and holidays?
Yes. Orders are fulfilled seven days a week. Delivery is still typically within a day, including weekends.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Contact us through the Reach Us page. If anything goes wrong with your order, we will make it right or issue a full refund.
How do I place an order?
Open Products, pick V-Bucks, Robux, or Valorant Points, choose an amount, then complete checkout with your delivery email and payment method.
Can I cancel an order after paying?
Contact Reach Us as soon as possible with your order ID. If the order has not been fulfilled yet, we can usually cancel and refund. Once delivered, cancelations may not be possible.
Do I get a confirmation email?
Yes. After you start checkout you get an order ID, and delivery details are sent to the email you entered when the order is fulfilled.
What regions do you deliver to?

How are Valorant Points delivered?
Valorant Points are delivered to your email after checkout. Redeem in-game to add points to your account.
Which Valorant Points bundles are available?
We offer 5,350 VP ($9.99), 11,000 VP ($24.99), 22,000 VP ($49.99), and 49,350 VP ($59.99). Custom amounts are available on request through Reach Us.
How do I redeem Valorant Points?
After checkout, you receive a code by email. Go to redeem.riotgames.com or redeem in the Valorant client under Valorant Points → Prepaid Cards & Codes.
Why are your Valorant Points cheaper than in-game?
We sell Valorant Points at discounted bundle pricing compared to the official store. Same points, lower price.
Do you offer custom Valorant Points amounts?
Yes. Send us a message through Reach Us with the amount you need and we will provide a one-time checkout link.
Can I redeem VP on a different region than where I bought?
Valorant Points codes are region-specific. Make sure you are redeeming on the account region you intend to play on. Contact support before buying if you are unsure.
What should I do if my VP code does not work?
Contact Reach Us with your order ID and a screenshot of the error. We will replace the code or refund you if there is an issue on our end.
Are the VP codes unused and legitimate?
Yes. Every code we deliver is unused and sourced for legitimate redemption through Riot's prepaid system.
Can I buy Valorant Points as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient's delivery email at checkout and forward the code to them, or use your own email and send the code manually after delivery.
Do VP prices include taxes or fees?
The price shown at checkout is the total you pay for the bundle. No hidden fees are added on our side.
Can new players buy Valorant Points here?
Yes. As long as you have a Riot account to redeem on, you can buy any VP bundle. New players redeem the same way through prepaid codes in the client or at redeem.riotgames.com.
Can I stack multiple VP bundles in one order?
Each checkout is for one bundle at a time. Place separate orders if you need more than one amount, or ask for a custom amount through Reach Us.
How long do unused VP codes last?
Redeem codes as soon as you receive them. Do not share unused codes publicly. If a code fails, contact support with your order ID.

Can I use V-Bucks on any Fortnite account?
Yes, as long as the account can receive the delivery method we use. Follow the instructions in your delivery email carefully.
Do V-Bucks work on console and PC?
Yes, as long as you redeem on the Epic / Fortnite account you play on. Follow the steps in your delivery email for your platform.
Can I gift V-Bucks to a friend?
Yes. Use their delivery email at checkout if the order is for them, or redeem on your account and gift in-game if Fortnite allows it for your purchase type.

How much do Robux cost?
Robux are $1 per 1,000 (priced .99). Minimum is 10,000 Robux ($9.99). Maximum is 1,000,000 Robux ($999.99).

How are Robux delivered?
Robux are delivered to your email after checkout. Min order is 10,000 Robux.
Why is there a 10,000 Robux minimum?
The minimum keeps checkout simple and fulfillment consistent. Orders under 10,000 Robux are not accepted.
Can I buy more than 1,000,000 Robux?
Not in a single order. The max is 1,000,000 Robux ($999.99). Place another order if you need more.
Does the Robux price include fees?
The total shown at checkout is what you pay for the Robux amount. No extra site fees are added on our side.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout uses secure payment processing. We only collect the details needed to deliver your order - such as your email.
How does the voucher payment step work at checkout?
For Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, buy Rewarble voucher(s) from the links shown at checkout, then paste your voucher code on the payment step. We process it and move your order to fulfillment.
What are Rewarble vouchers and why do I need them?
Rewarble vouchers are prepaid codes used to complete checkout for certain payment methods. The checkout page shows the exact voucher value(s) you need for your order total.
Can I use a discount code on my order?
You can enter a promo code on step one of checkout. Only active codes are accepted - expired or promotional codes (including old welcome offers) will show as invalid.
What happens if my voucher code is rejected?
If we mark your code invalid, Track shows “Invalid Code” and asks you to submit a valid code on checkout. Double-check the code and voucher value, try again, or use the alternative providers linked on the checkout page. Contact support if the issue continues.
Are crypto payments instant?
Crypto orders process once the network confirms payment. Send the exact amount to the address shown at checkout. Order status updates after payment is confirmed on the network.
How does Cash payment work?
Cash uses CoinFlip ATMs and is available in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Italy on orders of $50 or more (after discounts). Checkout walks you through steps one at a time: find a CoinFlip ATM on the location map, head to the ATM, buy Ethereum (ETH), scan our wallet QR code, insert cash, and confirm. Outside those countries you will see “Country not allowed.”
Can I pay with an international card?
Card and other voucher-based methods work internationally in most cases. Cash requires a $50+ order and is limited to US, Canada, Australia, and Italy. Use the payment method that matches your region at checkout.
What happens after I submit my voucher code?
Your order stays Pending while the code is under review - usually within a couple of hours. If the code is invalid, Track will ask you to submit a valid code. After confirmation, fulfillment is typically within a day at the email you entered at checkout.
How do I know my crypto payment went through?
After sending the exact amount to the address shown at checkout, your order status updates on the Track page once the transaction is confirmed on the network. Block times vary by coin.
Is there a minimum order for crypto?
No. Crypto is available on any order total. Cash is the only method with a $50 minimum after discounts.
Can I split payment across two methods?
Not on a single checkout. Pick one payment method per order. If you need help combining payments, message us through Reach Us before you buy.
What if I send crypto on the wrong network?
Only send the coin shown at checkout to the exact address listed. Wrong-network transfers may be unrecoverable. Contact Reach Us immediately if you made a mistake.
